DELIVERY CHARGES & SERVICES

HONG KONG: 

HKD $50 on ALL Hong Kong order.
All domestic orders are shipped via SF Express.
Free express shipping on orders over HKD $800.
Orders are processed within 14 working days. (Mon-Fri only, except public holidays)

INTERNATIONAL: 

The delivery cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.
                     Asia        HKD $150
      Others Destinations        HKD $200
 

Free express shipping on orders over HKD $3,000.

Orders are processed within 14 business days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning all taxes and import duties are excluded in the final price. So your order may incur duties and import taxes upon delivery. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Customers are responsible for the charges of duties and import taxes. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased on 鴛鴦東東Yuenyeung Dong Dong | YYDD are eligible for return which must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be requested within 7 days of receipt.

  • The items must be in its original, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition.

  • The items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • Original shipping charges and Tax are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for the charges and tax of the return shipping, exchange shipping fee and arrange return courier.

  • Yuenyeung Dong Dong will not accept any returned products without prior written communication via email and authorized confirmation.

  • Yuenyeung Dong Dong reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.

  • *Please note that Sales items are non-refundable. However, we are happy to process one time exchange for you if the size is not suitable.

WAY TO INITIATE A RETURN

  • Please send a request for a return authorization to our email, yuenyeungdongdong@gmail.com, within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You will receive a return authorization email and instructions once your return request is provisionally approved.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 20 business days.

  • *Please note that Sales items are non-refundable. However, we are happy to process one time exchange for you if the size is not suitable.
