REFUND POLICY

Items purchased on 鴛鴦東東Yuenyeung Dong Dong | YYDD are eligible for return which must meet the following conditions:

The return must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
The items must be in its original, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition.
The items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
Original shipping charges and Tax are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the charges and tax of the return shipping, exchange shipping fee and arrange return courier.
Yuenyeung Dong Dong will not accept any returned products without prior written communication via email and authorized confirmation.
Yuenyeung Dong Dong reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.
*Please note that Sales items are non-refundable. However, we are happy to process one time exchange for you if the size is not suitable.

Please send a request for a return authorization to our email, yuenyeungdongdong@gmail.com, within 7 days of receiving your order.
You will receive a return authorization email and instructions once your return request is provisionally approved.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 20 business days.
